About fifty people joined Elizabeth Thompson for a casual walk along the trails of the park Mills Riverside Park on Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to noon. Jericho Underhill Land Trust hosted the guided walk. We explored the many plants that brighten the landscape and provide fall color. We enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about the natural world around us.

Liz is the Director of Conservation Science for the Vermont Land Trust and co-author of Wetland, Woodland, Wildland: A Guide to the Natural Communities of Vermont (2nd edition release date 11/11/2019).
