Perhaps folks have read the current Seven Days article titled "Your Cash is in the Mail."
Some folks in Winooski received an envelope without a return address with two one-hundred dollar bills and a message reading: Ripples. Take one and pass one. If you really need em, keep em both.
Not sure what denomination, but be on the lookout for pedestrians handing out envelopes along Browns Trace for folks traveling within the safe speed of 25 mph.
Ripples: Drive like you are following a hearse instead of creating the need for one.
